The hotel rooms took a long time to warm up, and there were issues with the lift not working properly. The breakfast was average, but hot and nicely presented for my daughter's wedding. The venue location was great but had some shabby areas, especially near the disco section.

The hotel was situated in a beautiful area with the moors in one direction, providing a lovely ambiance. The staff were excellent, very helpful, and always welcoming. The large bedroom was clean, and the new bathroom added a modern touch. However, the room was difficult to access due to the stairs, and some areas were not properly cleaned.
